Benefits at TaskRay
- Flexible PTO: No caps, no counting hours. Coordinate with your team and take the time you need to recharge.
- Vacation Bonus: Take 5 consecutive days off and receive a $1,000 bonus. Eligible twice a year for up to $2,000.
- Anniversary Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus for every year of service (e.g., $1,000 at year 1, $5,000 at year 5, etc.).
- Top-Tier Health: 99% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision covered. Includes HSA contributions, FSA options, and competitive dependent coverage.
- FriYAY Program: 3-day weekend every other week. Rotating schedules allow every other Friday off without using PTO.
- 401(K) Match: Company match of up to 5% of your contributions.
- Family Leave: 12 weeks of parental leave, and 16 weeks for birthing people, all covered at 100% of base salary.
